With over 25 years of experience with Aveda, Susan brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her craft. She founded the salon to reflect the warm, intimate atmosphere she values, offering each guest a personalized, elevated experience. Known for her exacting standards and leadership, she continually inspires her team to pursue excellence. Most recently, her work was featured at New York Fashion Week, with plans underway for her continued annual participation.
Robyn Rothe
Recently relocated to Wichita, Robyn brings over 20 years of expertise in hair color. A lifelong learner, she pursued advanced training with Aveda and earned the title of American Board Certified Haircolorist in 2010. Robyn prioritizes hair integrity and specializes in natural, lived-in color through techniques like balayage and ombré. While color is her passion, she also excels in timeless cuts—from sleek bobs to effortless, bohemian layers—offering tailored solutions to every hair challenge.
Crystal Cotton
A Wichita native with global experience, Crystal joined the Sugar team in 2021, bringing with her years of Aveda training and a genuine passion for her craft. Known for her approachable nature and technical precision, she thoughtfully tailors each cut and color to suit her guests’ individual style and needs. From bold, vivid hues to soft, natural blends, Crystal is dedicated to helping every client feel confident and joyful in their look. Her extensive industry experience is matched by her commitment to exceptional service.
Stacey Jennings
Stacey has been an integral part of Sugar Salon since 2016, known for her vibrant energy, heartfelt connections with guests, and passion for the beauty industry. After a brief time in Colorado, she returned in 2020 and embraced a dual role as both Salon Coordinator and stylist. Whether welcoming guests with her warm demeanor or working behind the chair to craft radiant color and style, Stacey brings joy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping others feel beautiful—inside and out.
Larisa Puttroff
A Master Stylist with over 18 years as a licensed cosmetologist and 25 years in the beauty industry, Larisa brings global experience from both the U.S. and Europe. She is well-versed in working with all hair types and is passionate about continual growth in her craft. For the past six years, she has embraced Aveda’s natural philosophy, blending expertise with care in every service. Whether crafting precision cuts or customized color, Larisa approaches each guest with skill, warmth, and dedication.
Reanna Wyatt
Reanna is a senior stylist with a passion for hair artistry and a talent for precision cutting and bespoke color. From effortlessly dimensional blondes to bold, statement-making transformations, she creates personalized looks designed to complement each guest's individual style. With a refined eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional results, Reanna strives to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and elevated. Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, and looks forward to welcoming new guests into her chair.
Paris Burkholder
Paris brings creativity, genuine care, and a listening ear to every appointment. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, she loves helping her guests feel confident with customized color and effortlessly beautiful hair. Known for her warm personality and kind spirit, Paris has a way of making everyone feel comfortable from the moment they sit in her chair. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her spending time with her fiance and her dog, Cookie.
Cassidy Rooker
Cass is passionate about creating hair her clients truly love. She believes great hair is about confidence, and her goal is for every guest to leave feeling their absolute best. From lived-in looks to personalized styles, she's dedicated to making each appointment feel comfortable and tailored to you. She brings a fun, upbeat energy to the salon. When she's not behind the chair, you can find her with a matcha in hand, playing pickleball, traveling, or spending time with her mini goldendoodle.
Ryann Redinger
Ryann is a stylist who aspires to specialize in curly hair and dimensional color. She loves creating customized, lived-in looks that enhance each guest's natural beauty while making every appointment feel relaxed, intentional, and welcoming. Passionate about continued education, Ryann is always refining her craft and bringing fresh techniques behind the chair. Outside the salon, you'll find her exploring her creative side through art and journaling or unwinding with a game of Animal Crossing.
Jocelyn Feldhausen
Jocelyn brings a welcoming mix of professionalism and artistry to the Sugar Salon front desk. With experience in both the dealership world and music, where she taught orchestra and mastered three string instruments (cello is her favorite), she knows the power of rhythm, harmony, and flow. A proud mom of two, Jocelyn is also beginning cosmetology school this fall, channeling her passion for beauty into hands-on craft. Her warm presence and effortless style make every guest's visit feel smooth, personal, and elevated.
